Here’s my answer : If you eat, and exercise, BUT DO NOT EAT the extra calories (the ones that are bonuses) then just use your general calorie goal.
If you eat, and exercise, AND EAT the extra calories then you need to increase your calorie goal.
Otherwise, if you do eat those bonuses and go to weigh in, you won’t get the proper points, because the captains just see the numbers, and are...

Awesome Cardio
I know the challenge has set up what we are supposed to do for cardio and strength, but i’m really bad with counting reps..and timing and all that.. so I found a 30 minute cardio video that I can do on the days when I can’t go run. This is one of the best video’s i’ve found!
